The Socialist Party has managed to obtain its ninth mandate in the Vlora district, leaving the Democratic Party with only 3 mandates.
The SP's achievement of a ninth mandate came after the diaspora votes were also counted, which appear to be significantly more numerous for the Socialist Party.
