After the conclusion of this year's edition of the Sunny Hill Festival, world-famous singer Dua Lipa has chosen to spend her summer vacation in the picturesque south of Albania.
After a fiery performance on the first night of the festival, which brought together international artists and music lovers from all over the world, Dua shared a moment of relaxation on the Albanian Riviera with her followers.
In an Instagram post, she shared a stunning photo of the Albanian coast, showing a sunset over the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea. "I got home in time for this amazing sunset," she captioned the photo, reflecting the emotion and connection to her country of origin.
Dua Lipa has been an ambassador for the Albanian Riviera, but also for Kosovo, for years. Through her music, interviews in international media, and dedication to promoting cultural heritage, she has helped to enhance the image of our countries on the world stage.
In addition to speaking Albanian on many international shows and proudly representing her identity, Dua recently received Kosovo citizenship from President Vjosa Osmani by presidential decree, in addition to the Albanian and British citizenship she previously held. (A2 Televizion)
