John Sparks, Sky News' international correspondent, spoke to a mother in Kiev after last night's attacks by Russia.
According to foreign media, he shares her story and what it's like for Ukrainians living under fear of attack.
She describes how her children reacted when the bombing began and their precarious morning routine.
Kotsira is a publishing editor at the news website hromadske. Her husband is a journalist who now serves in the Ukrainian army.

Question: Can you find the words to calm your child in the midst of a Russian attack?
Answer: This was something that Kiev resident Khrystyna Kotsira decided to write about this morning, following the overnight bombings in the Ukrainian capital.
Here's what she wrote this morning in Kiev:
They were lying in the hallway. Our scared little children.
"Mom, I'm scared... Mom? Are you sure the missiles won't hit our house?" they ask.
We hold their little hands and I try to hold myself together with them.
"Everything will be fine, son. Everything will be fine, daughter. Go to sleep," I tell them.
But the missiles hit someone's house.
The lucky ones get ready for school, without sleep, in the morning.
I make porridge and tea.
"Mom, I need two spoons of sugar, two!", the children say.
I gave him 2 spoons because life is already so bitter and difficult.
"I'll put a sandwich in there for you, just the way you like it. Don't forget to eat it at break time," I tell him.
"With sausage and white bread?" they ask.
"Yes, with sausage and white bread," I reply.
The bell rings for their class.
At 9 o'clock the children will pause for a minute of silence and the anthem.
At school break, they will eat a sandwich or an apple.
Life will go on for some. For others, it's an imitation of life.
