US President Donald Trump has said that deporting people born in the US could be "the next thing".
According to foreign media, Trump made the comments during his speech at a press conference in Florida this afternoon.
Trump reviewed a list of violent crimes and said some criminals "are not new to our country, they are old to our country."
"Many of them were born in our country," Trump said, writes A2 CNN.
"I think we should get them out of here right away, you'll know the truth, so maybe that'll be the next thing we work on together," Trump continued.
It's not the first time Trump has raised this idea, and it's worth noting that his administration is also trying to end automatic birthright citizenship. (A2 Televizion)
