Through an announcement on the official website of the State Department, Rubio writes that the United States has proudly supported Kosovo's journey to become a sovereign, democratic, multiethnic, and prosperous country.
The announcement also states that regional peace, security and economic development remain essential for Kosovo's sustainable prosperity.
