At least six people have died in India as a result of a fire that engulfed a private clinic in the city of Dindigul, in the southern state of Tamil Nadu.
The news was given by the local authorities who add that around thirty other patients have been seriously injured. The fire has spread throughout the building for reasons that are still unclear.
This grave incident comes just weeks after the death of ten newborns in a similar tragedy in Uttar Pradesh.
The list of incidents due to negligence and lax security measures in Indian public and private hospitals in India is tragically long. (A2 Televizion)
