"The EU is surrendering in the face of Kurti", Vučić: China will support Serbia for Kosovo

The European Union is "surrendering" to Albin Kurti's policies. This is what Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said at the Davos Economic Forum.

He also stated that he had received a commitment from his ally in Asia, China, for continued support regarding Kosovo and non-interference by foreign factors, A2 reports.

"I am concerned about the European policy on this issue, not Sorensen himself, who is a professional and fair man, but the policy of surrender to Kurti and all his active provocations. This does not prevent him from joining the Council of Europe and other organizations. We also talked about political issues with China and I expressed my full support for the resolution of the Taiwan issue by the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the principles of the one-China policy. The Chinese have unequivocally declared their support for preserving the territorial integrity of Serbia, including Kosovo as part of our country, we also talked about things in our country, where the Chinese side has very clearly decided to support the state of Serbia and non-interference by foreign factors, which is obvious and visible in our conditions," Vučić declared.
