The constitution of the Assembly in Kosovo has failed for the 18th time. In this Monday's session, there was again no decision to establish a secret ballot committee, requested by the election-winning party, the Vetevendosje Movement.
Although there was a consultation between the chair of the session, Avni Dehari, and representatives of political parties, there were no concrete results from this.
