The opposition has been following the fifth civil disobedience protest since 17:00 by blocking the main junctions of the capital. This time the protest is led by Sali Berisha, who was released from house arrest on November 27, A2 CNN reports. Initially, he joined the militants and protesters on "Elbasan Street", near the Namazja mosque, where he repeated the demand for a technical government as the only condition for having free and fair elections.
"The technical government, if Rama did not accept it, will be overthrown. With Rama, there are no elections, there is a battle for elections. The elections are not boycotted. We will do everything so that this dictatorship is expelled with civil disobedience", said Berisha, reports A2 CNN.
Then the democratic leader moved to the Tirana municipality where he severely attacked the mayor Erion Veliaj, writes A2 CNN.
"This municipality has never had an undecayed corpse like Erion Veliajn now has. You gave the thief what he deserved, you discredited him, you made him run like me, from one side to another and I don't know where he is. This civil disobedience of yours will resonate for years and years as the most powerful battle against the theft of citizens, for the return of the first home to the citizens of Tirana".
After that, Berisha is joining the protesters at Zogu i zi.
Protesters continue to stand at; Crossroads at the Namazgja mosque, Palati me Gjeta, Willson square, Zogu te Zi roundabout and the street near Tirana City Hall.
