The Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF) warns Albanian investors that the NetherexPro investment platform is not licensed, registered, nor recognized by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
According to the AFSA, based on the law "On Capital Markets" and the law "On financial markets based on distributed ledger technology", no company may offer or promote services related to investments in securities or trading in digital units and/or virtual currencies, within the territory of the Republic of Albania, without being licensed, registered, or previously recognized by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
"Any investment in these platforms may result in the irretrievable loss of all invested money," the AFSA announced, writes A2.
Investors, the AFSA emphasizes, should be clear that the Authority cannot protect their interests when investing in entities or platforms not licensed/registered/recognized by the AFSA.
