A gunshot murder occurred this evening in the city of Lezha.
"In the village of Pllanë, in circumstances that are still unclear, citizen Gj. P., 64 years old, resident of Pllanë, Lezha, was shot dead. Numerous police forces have gone to the scene of the incident, supported by the National Security Force, Shkodra Unit," the police announced.
It is learned that the victim was an elderly man, identified as Gjovalin Prendi. He is the father of Sidorel Prendi, also known as Rohan Brahimi, who was killed in an assassination attempt in Athens in May of last year.
Meanwhile, a special investigative group has been set up, which has gone to the scene of the incident, and under the direction of the Prosecutor, is carrying out investigative actions with the aim of clarifying the incident. (A2 Televizion)
