Erion Veliaj was visited this morning at the premises of the Security Block by Alban Dokushi, who is the legal director of the Municipality of Tirana.
Dokushi was seen entering the security block on "Mine Peza" street, where Veliaj spent the night. He was carrying a book with the title "The Black Swan" on the cover and some documents.
Dokushi stayed less than an hour in the Security Block premises and then left.
It appears that Dokushi handed the book and other materials to his boss, who has been in custody since noon yesterday, after being arrested by BKH agents on orders from SPAK.
Veliaj also had a brief meeting with his lawyer Henrik Ligori earlier. (A2 Televizion)
