A serious accident occurred yesterday evening on the road that connects the city of Lushnja with the highway. A 17-year-old, driving a motorcycle adapted for transport, lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, ending up in a canal with water.
Fortunately, two passersby who were driving by immediately stopped to provide first aid. They managed to pull the young man out of the water, where he was in danger of drowning.
The injured man was urgently transported to Lushnja Hospital and is in serious condition.
According to preliminary information, the young man was on his way home at the time of the accident. It is suspected that the cause of the accident was loss of control over the vehicle. (A2 Televizion)
