A serious accident occurred yesterday near the village of Lapardha in Vlora, writes A2 CNN.
A "Yamaha" motorcycle collided with a "Peugeot" vehicle, driven by citizen JK, 80 years old, resident of Vlora.
As a result, citizen FK, 22 years old, the driver of the motorcycle, lost his life. Today, the Police announced that they have arrested the driver of the vehicle, an 80-year-old citizen, for the serious incident.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Violation of traffic rules", resulting in death.
