Elbasan police have arrested the author of the accident resulting in the death of an elderly man in Elbasan. A 20-year-old man has been arrested, who killed a 74-year-old pedestrian yesterday evening while driving a vehicle on the city's ring road.

Meanwhile, the police have released a 17-year-old from Belsh, who yesterday evening, on the "Kučovo-Belsh" road axis, while driving a motorcycle without a driving license, lost control and as a result crashed. The teenager is under the care of doctors, out of danger for life.
