The Special Court decided to declare Edison Memolla guilty and sentence him to 1 year in prison, as well as 5 years of deprivation of the right to exercise public functions.
The Mayor of Rrogozhina was found guilty of the charge of "election corruption".
After leaving the courtroom, Memolla declared: "We will wait for the decision to be made public and we will appeal it."
Blerim Xhamani is sentenced to 1 year in prison.
Isuf Tosku is sentenced to 8 months in prison and is suspended and placed on probation for 1 year and 4 months.
