Footage has emerged of the beating of police officer (former head of the Road Police in Vlora), Arjan Isufi, after the latter, together with a friend of his, raped an 18-year-old waiter in a hotel in Vlora.
From the footage provided, it is clear the moment of the conflict and the people running away from the hotel unit, in conditions of panic, writes A2 CNN.
We recall that yesterday, the police officer's brother stated on the 'Off the Record' show with journalist Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN that Ardian Isufi was raped by at least 15 people, friends of the hotel owner. (A2 Televizion)
