The defamation hearing at the Special Court between Democratic MP Albana Vokshi and businesswoman Vilma Nushi has been postponed again. The reason for the postponement was the absence of prosecutor Elvin Gogaj, while the next hearing was scheduled for May 6.
In the April 15 session, Nushi demanded Vokshi's conviction for the criminal offense of "defamation", referring to the statements that the democratic legislator made to the parliamentary investigative committee on "Sterilization".
In today's session, it was anticipated that Vokshi would present her claims, facing Nushi, whose company, 3P Life Logistic sh.pk, has filed a lawsuit against the MP.
The concessionaire says that in 10 years the value of the "Check Up" project is 63 million euros, and not 130 million euros, as Vokshi has accused. (A2 Televizion)
