A serious incident occurred today in the village of Guci e Re in Shkodra, where a 20-year-old citizen, Pavlin Preka, was shot dead in the yard of his apartment.
He was found dead by his uncle, who has revealed more details about the serious crime over the A2 CNN microphone.
The victim's uncle said that he was initially told that his nephew had been stabbed, but it later turned out that he had been attacked with a gun.
He added that he did not know that his nephew had problems with anyone and requested the assistance of the Police to fully investigate the incident.
