SPAK has read the claim against the 8 defendants for the Tirana incinerator, who are being tried in a summary trial.
SPAK has requested:
Lefter Koka - 4 years in prison
Bledar Karoli - 4 years in prison
Fatjon Murati - 4 years in prison
Taulant Tushe - 4 years in prison
Namik Simixhi - 4 years in prison
Valbona Ballgjini - 2 years in prison, converted to 4 years probation
Sidita Kopliku - 2 years in prison, converted to 4 years probation
Jetmir Llapaj - 2 years in prison
Due to the shortened trial, all requested measures are reduced by 1/3 of the sentence. Also, for all defendants, SPAK requested as an additional sentence the removal of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years. (A2 Televizion)
