The Tirana court has decided the security measure "arrest in prison" for a 27-year-old accused of "sexual harassment" and "intimidation".
The suspect Marash Gjoklaj is accused by the capital's prosecutor's office of harassing a 19-year-old girl at her workplace, as well as threatening another 20-year-old girl on Dibra street in Tirana.
According to the prosecution, these actions were carried out at the time that the 27-year-old had received conditional freedom from a criminal conviction for a sexual crime.
