A Kalashnikov gunshot wound occurred on Wednesday evening in the "24 Maji" neighborhood. A moving vehicle is suspected to have hit the Mercedes Benz type vehicle in which the target of the attack, 30-year-old Kevin Hajrulla, was driving. As a result of the barrage of bullets, Armand Spahiu, who was a 35-year-old street vendor of fruits and vegetables, was injured. The injured Kevin Hajrulla was transported in a serious condition to the Vlora hospital, while Armand Spahiu, the fruit and vegetable trader, received a leg wound.
Over 30 Kalashnikov cartridges are suspected to have been fired at 30-year-old Kevin Hajrulla, in a well-thought-out mafia assassination. At the scene, the cartridges are scattered everywhere, while the footage clearly shows the many scattered bullets as well as the shoes of the injured and a can of water that was given to him for first aid.
Kevin Hajrulla received numerous wounds on his body. After the help given to him by the passers-by, where through a video provided by A2CNN in the first moments after the event, they took him out of the car and then they transported him urgently to the hospital. He was immediately taken to the operating room.
Bullets also caught a fruit and vegetable merchant who was working on his account a few meters away. A witness of the case, a seller in a tobacconist, tells the few moments of horror, saying that he heard the screams and lay terrorized on the ground.
The head of the Vlorë district police, Elidon Çela, was also present at the scene, as well as representatives of the prosecution. In a statement to the media, Çela clarified that the perpetrators, after committing the assassination, left in the direction of the Levan-Vlorë highway, while near the village of Panaja they burned the Kia car.
Two Kalashnikov firearms and two magazines were found inside the car. The police seized the security cameras at the scene, which were numerous and filmed the entire scene, but also security cameras on the perpetrators' itinerary from the neighborhood "24 Maji" to Panaja. Kevin Hajrulla does not have a criminal past, but he is the son of Inez Hajrulla's uncle, known by the nickname Sakati, part of the criminal world in Vlora.
