A powerful explosion at midnight has caused panic among residents of the "Partizani" neighborhood in the city of Elbasan.
According to data from the city's police, the explosion was caused by a small amount of explosives that was placed near the apartment of citizen Arber Pepa.
There were no injuries or damage from the explosion, while the police are investigating to find the perpetrators of the TNT explosion.
