He further explained that the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, the Director of the State Police, Ilir Proda and the head of "Operational" have also been reported to SPAK for what he described as Meta's kidnapping.
"It has been a while since we have been at war with a captured justice system, which has not left provisions of the articles of the code of procedure and the Criminal Code unviolated, with the sole purpose of isolating the opposition. Today, we have filed the complaint against the State Police, the Minister of the Interior, the General Director of the Police and the Operational Forces, in the case of the criminal kidnapping of Mr. Meta, during his arrest. They have abused their duty and consumed all the possible crimes that a citizen and a police officer can commit. We have asked both SPAK and GJKKO to declare the detention illegal, but they have not addressed it in their decisions. Today we are forced to strongly denounce this kidnapping, as today these criminal actions against the former President of the Republic have become the norm, as police violence is evident every day.
