As part of a joint operation between the Berat Police, SPAK, BKH and the local Prosecutor's Office, which began after a letter of request from the Belgian authorities, checks were carried out in four different premises in the city of Berat.
As a result of these checks, a citizen with the initials HV, 33 years old, resident of the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
During the search of his apartment, police found and seized a suspected forged identity card and driver's license, an electroshock device, and several shotgun cartridges.
The operation was carried out as part of investigations into criminal activity of international proportions and is part of close cooperation with Belgian authorities. (A2 Televizion)
