The Tirana Traffic Police Commissariat arrested 35-year-old Sergeto Turullaj in Tirana, after he violated the "House Arrest" security measure and was caught with narcotics during a routine check.
Detection of the violation during field checks
During preventive field checks, a Traffic Police patrol noticed a vehicle with tinted windows and stopped its driver for verification. During the check, it turned out that the driver of the vehicle, citizen ST, did not have a driving license.
Finding of narcotics and breach of security measure
Following the physical search, a quantity of suspected narcotics of the cannabis sativa type was discovered, which was seized as material evidence.
