The Special Court continues today the preliminary examination of the "Partizani" file, with the defendants former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, and 3 other defendants.
In today's session, Jamambër Malltez's lawyers will continue to present their objections, writes A2.
Earlier, the court was familiarized with the claims of Berisha's lawyers, while at the end of the speech of Malltez's lawyers, the lawyers of the other defendants will be heard. Then, the defense of Fatmir Bektashi, Xhimi Bege and Andia Pustina will continue.
Due to the volume of lawyers' materials, on the last two occasions the hearing has lasted until the end of the court's official working hours.
