A2 CNN has provided images of the burnt Volkswagen Golf car, suspected to have been used by the perpetrators of the murder of 30-year-old Kristjan Marku in Vlora.
According to the Police, the incident took place in the place called 'Kripa' and preliminary verifications show that the target of the 'Golf' type vehicle had been reported as stolen earlier.
The event in question is thought not to be related to the city of Vlora, but to events that happened earlier in Kurbin.
Since the incident happened on the highway, away from the eyes of people and cameras, as well as taking advantage of the darkness and bad weather, it becomes more difficult to identify and catch the perpetrators, despite the fact that the Police have set up several checkpoints in the coastal city.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues the investigative actions and the examination of the burned vehicle in order to provide any trace that can help clarify the event and identify the perpetrators.
