Monika Kryemadhi appeared at noon on Monday at the SPAK premises, in compliance with the security measure imposed by the GJKKO, requiring her to appear.
After the procedure, MP Kryemadhi spoke to the media where she once again drew the attention of SPAK to conduct in-depth investigations into the Tirana incinerator issue, an affair which she states she denounced 4 years ago.
Kryemadhi also spoke about her file at SPAK, adding that she is waiting for the completion of the entire procedure in this structure to then take the case to the Strasbourg court.
"Also, through this statement, I would like to remind SPAK of the Tirana incinerator that the municipality continues to pay 29 euros per ton. To continue with the area of over 15 hectares usurped by the lands where the incinerator has received 60 million euros. There is no reaction from SPAK seeing several victims who have participated in tax evasion. Pensioners or the dead who emerged as administrators. 4 years ago I made the Tirana incinerator clear. A few days ago you learned about the greenhouses on the incinerator's land built with EU money, to receive money from American taxpayers for projects that did not exist.
I asked to get acquainted with the files, I was not told. This situation requires patience. The battle is not by force. A procedure will be created that will then go to Strasbourg.
