Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has arrived at SPAK, accompanied by dozens of his supporters, to make his next appearance before the judicial police officer, as he is still under the "compulsory appearance" security measure.
What stood out was the fact that Berisha entered the premises of the Special Court wearing a hat bearing the number 1, the one that the Democratic Party will have on the ballot in the May 11 elections.
According to SPAK, which is requesting the trial of the “Partizani” case, for which the former prime minister is accused, Berisha has approved laws and bylaws to favor his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, also a defendant in the “corruption” and “money laundering” cases. The next hearing for the “Partizani” case will take place on April 23. (A2 Televizion)
