"Let's go on the offensive, today and until the 11th, let's sign together the victory we deserve."
This was Sali Berisha's message to the members of the National Council. In the first meeting of this forum after the revocation of the "house arrest" security measure, the democratic leader requested commitment from everyone for the December 23 protest.
"On December 23, Monday, at 17:00, we have the most powerful civil disobedience that Tirana has ever seen. This disobedience should completely block Tirana from Qafë-Priska to Vorë, totally from all directions", said Berisha.
As he has asked other forums, in the meetings held this week, Berisha also asked the members of the National Council to meet with as many citizens as possible: "We must respond to this dictatorship with the widest possible front. to create and that we should create. This dictatorship that has endless funds, has endless media, we must oppose it by meeting with the citizen".
Berisha requested that every official of the Democratic Party take the campaign of Donald Trump in the USA as a lesson, to be as close as possible to the citizens in every corner of Albania: "This one with the citizen, these with the citizens. And they won." (A2 Televizion)
