From Dibra, opposition leader Sali Berisha presented the program of the coalition "For a Greater Albania", which he described as the largest political coalition in the last 32 years, with 25 united parties. He emphasized that his mission is clear to change the Albanian reality.
"I come to you with conviction and determination, with the mission to do everything to reverse this situation. So that Dibra, so that Albania becomes the land of the Albanian dream. So that Dibra, so that Albania becomes livable and not abandoned like deserted lands. My friends, at this age, in these years, in my wonderful autumn, I do not need power. I have no ambition for money, nor for luxury, but I have an ambition, but I have a goal, but I have a mission, to do everything to change your lives. To fulfill this mission with honor before you, to fulfill this mission with a clean slate before you, I also have what others attack me for. I have an experience that makes it possible for me to keep every promise of mine, to realize every promise. And I give you my word that this program will be a reality for you."
Berisha promised that their program will focus on people in need and will bring tangible changes within the first 100 days of government.
"Where do we start this program? We start with those who are most in need. From those who live talking to themselves because of poverty and misery. We start to make this society more just, more humane, more humane, more equal. We have every potential, but we also have the experience to do this with great speed. To do this within 100 days. Those who may ask, what are these wonders, I tell them there is no wonder."
According to him, the next government will return the stolen money to the citizens, implementing the principle "the citizens' money, not the government's."
