While there are still over 100 ballot boxes to be counted, the Democratic Party loses a mandate as a deputy in the Tirana district.
Although with a very small margin that could change again since the diaspora vote is also counted, it is Agron Shehaj's Mundësia party that takes the second mandate in the country's largest district.
