Accompanied by supporters, Sali Berisha continued the tradition of appearing at SPAK to respect the security measures imposed on him for the “Partizani” case. The visit was once again brief, a signature and a message for Altin Dumani, which he delivered to the media.
"The amnesty for electoral crime by Dumani and Skapi of the party is the biggest unconstitutional and anti-democratic crime in the history of political pluralism. It is the most serious attack on free elections," said Sali Berisha, chairman of the Democratic Party.
Again in front of the doors of SPAK, he read some wiretaps that, according to him, are part of a file against Minister Taulant Balla.
"Taulanti is a unique character. Do you know, esteemed journalists, that he is also a pickpocket in the sense that he does not hesitate to ask for top-up on his phone card, put some top-up on my phone card," said Berisha.
In the question-and-answer session with journalists, Berisha also touched on the May 11 elections, where he promised that change will start from Durres and according to him, this is no coincidence.
"The people of Durrës are determined to no longer have any influence from bandits, traffickers and government officials, who, shamed on all sides, have eliminated the previous deputies..."
The opposition leader will return to the doors of SPAK in two weeks, after the court has ordered him to "compulsory appearance" on the first and third Monday of every month. (A2 Televizion)
