The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has sent through the postal service the notification of the security measure to Sali Berisha.
According to the sources, the communication receipts for the notification of the person under investigation have been sent to the headquarters of the DP, to the home address and to the Parliament of Albania. In all three cases, the notification was returned with the signature "Rejected".
Also, the communication receipts have been sent to Berisha's defense lawyers, his representatives with a special power of attorney, who only at 15:50 on Monday filed the full appeal against the decision on the security measure to SPAK. (A2 Televizion)
