Prime Minister Edi Rama returned to Himara again. Unlike the other times when he had promised to give the residents the title deeds, in this meeting he distributed the mats for the inherited houses, where he said that this process has already been completed for all the residents.
"You have done in 6 months what was expected for many, many years".
As he showed the difficulties of this process, he promised that very soon the inhabitants of Himara will have the title deeds for the lands in their hands.

The head of government also used this meeting to attack political opponents.
