Elisa Spiropali was the first official to vote at the Olympic Park in Tirana. After casting her vote, Spiropali spoke to the media, saying:
"Thank you for coming out early to report on this day of democracy. Today is the day of citizens, today is the day of the state, of Albania. I call on everyone to vote with citizenship, just as the campaign has been conducted."
"Let's show that we are Europeans. The more we vote, the more civic responsibility we show and the better our future will be," said Spiropali. (A2 Televizion)
