A brawl broke out on Saturday evening in the town of Bilisht, involving Democratic Party MP Bledjon Nallbati.
Nallbati, together with his brother, was traveling in a car and at an intersection they blocked the path of a truck driver.
It is suspected that the fight was momentary over an issue of overtaking, but then it escalated to the use of punches.
At one point, in the video provided by security cameras, the candidate on the safe list of the DP in the Korça district is seen jumping on a truck to hit the driver, but is pulled back by passersby.
It is learned that the three people have been escorted to the police station to investigate this incident.
