The Council of Ministers in Italy has declared 5 days of national mourning for the death of Pope Francis and no championship matches will be played during these days.
The measure will take effect immediately and will last until Saturday, April 26, writes A2.
Como-Genoa, Inter-Roma and Lazio-Parma, which were scheduled to be played on Saturday, have been postponed to a date yet to be determined.
Although the championship matches will not be played, the Coppa Italia matches, Inter-Milan and Bologna-Empoli, will be played regularly on Wednesday and Thursday.
