18 Norwegian football teams from both top tiers of competition voted to scrap VAR technology in an extraordinary meeting of the first and second leagues.
The clubs that voted to remove VAR in Norway are: Bodo/Glimt, Brann, HamKam, Haugesund, Lillestrom, Molde, Odd, Rosenborg, Sandefjord, Godset, Tromso Viking, Bryn, Kongswinger, Lyn Football, Stabaek, IK Start and Valerenga.
Against are Frederikstad, Kristiansund, Sarpsborg 08, Aalesund, Egersund, Moss, Ranheim, Sogndal, Asane. Five teams abstained: KFUM, Hodd, Mjondalen, Raufoss and Skeid.
If the number of votes remains the same, it will be proposed at the next meeting of the Norwegian Football Association in March to remove VAR from Norwegian football, reports vg.no. (A2 Televizion)
