Violent clashes have been recorded in Seville between Real Betis and Fiorentina fans a few hours before the match between them in the first leg of the Conference League semi-final.
According to local media, in Alameda de Hércules, in the center of the Andalusian city, groups of ultras came into contact, sparking a "guerrilla" fight that involved the throwing of objects and hard objects.
Police intervention prevented direct contact between the opposing factions, and no injuries or arrests were reported.
"Diario de Sevilla" reports that police forces then identified a hundred purple supporters, seizing balaclavas and plastic tubes disguised as flags. (A2 Televizion)
