The most recent case is that of coach Sylvinho. Born in São Paulo, the largest city in Brazil in terms of population and the fourth largest metropolis in the world, but already with a passport in Lushnja.
On the first day of the diaspora summit, the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, announced the granting of a passport to the red and black technician, who for his part feels "100% Albanian".
Besides Sylvinho, Mirlind Daku and Arbnor Muja are also registered as residents of Lushnja. Just a few months ago, they were provided with an Albanian passport, where they were registered in the city where Minister Balla is a member of parliament.
Always very close to the National Team in recent months, the Minister of the Interior has helped to avoid red tape for footballers during the process of being equipped with a passport, helping them to be immediately available to the National Team.
