The world is no longer the same. Not for us either. Tirana is the station of the leaders of the European Political Community (EPC). Good news for us, but de facto unrelated to us. There are 42 leaders of countries, without the US. The main topics are common security, war and immigration. Illustrative photo says it all: the main leaders of the EU countries from Tirana hold a phone call with the US president. The same ones were in Kiev a few days ago.
⁉️ War and peace? There is still no sign of compromise and the end. Attempts at mediation have yielded no results, the war continues while the world remains increasingly uncertain.
⁉️ US-EU relations? Partners or rivals? There are still no clear signs of dialogue and agreement on challenges and commitments.
⁉️ European Union? Ambiguity and identity crisis. Still no answer to the internal reform demanded by the two main states.
⁉️ NATO and security? There is still no clear strategy on the necessary forces and potential threats.
⁉️ Western Balkans? There is still no strategy or promises like the 2003 summit, old rivalries are returning and almost all countries are in political crisis.
⁉️ The European Community? A formula that buys time, but de facto only delays reform within the EU and with it the integration process of the Western Balkan countries.
⁉️ Offer for stabilocracy? Still insufficient and ineffective in the absence of a functional democracy.
Read the main international media for 5 minutes. Everywhere there is talk about security, war, crises, immigration, the costs of democracy. Each media outlet talks about the strategic interests of its country, provides information and analyzes situations, of course suggesting and commenting on opportunities, capacities and challenges.

Nothing about the essence of the Summit, nothing about the challenges of Albania in the new situation, nothing about the security risks in the region, nothing about the country's reforms and priorities. No minister (nor MFA) nothing about the public, no institution nothing about the obligations and responsibilities we have, no official and politician nothing about the gap between the crises we produce and the long list of undone tasks.
We held the elections, one side enjoys supremacy thanks to the informal system it runs, the other side enjoys control of the opposition thanks to the bunker it has built. Our problems? Let Brussels solve them. A political, social, media and public Albania far removed from the needs, challenges and priorities of the country.
The world is changing. We are not. We govern the world, does it help us? We have the solution, we have the eternal leader. That is enough for us. (A2 Televizion)
