"Decriminalize giving, but not receiving, bribes for people who report cases themselves"

Since we are talking about the Criminal Code, I am making a public proposal for the institution of cooperation with justice:

I am in favor of decriminalizing giving, but not receiving, bribes for people who self-report cases where they have given or are giving bribes to state officials to obtain favors or gain a right that they may be involved in;

Obtaining a license

Obtaining a building permit

Obtaining title deed or legalization

Winning a lawsuit

Dismissal of a criminal case

Securing a job

Vote buying

Waiver of fine

Favoritism in violation of the law in the payment of taxes or customs duties

Winning a public procurement.

Of course, cases that can be proven under the law would result in criminal penalties for the denounced officials. Because denunciation alone would not be enough and could turn into an institution of abuse.

I believe we would benefit from a broad and strong catharsis.

This is just an idea that needs to be elaborated by experts so that it only serves to punish corruption and not settle scores between the strongmen who are not lacking among our officials.

One option could be, for example, an amnesty for any bribe-taker in the last 15 years who denounces with evidence the act punishable by law. And I'm not talking about some fish box. But, for those who have paid heavily into the pockets of officials to gain a right or benefit from a favor. (A2 Televizion)
