The final and real classification of preferential votes in the SP, based on the vote/candidate ratio:
1. Agron Malaj (Dibar): 1 preferential vote for every 2.54 voters!
2. Tërmet Peçi (Gjirokastër): 1 vote for every 2.58 voters!
3. Arkend Balla (Durrës): 1 vote for every 3.8 voters!
4. Sara Mile (Elbasan): 1 vote for every 4.3 voters!
5. Blendi Gonxhe (Tirana) – 1 vote for every 9.45 voters
So, Blendi Gonxhe is not the most preferentially voted candidate in the SP, as has been implied in some reports.
