Russia does not leave its "soldier" or "agent" in Serbia without work. Radio Free Europe reports that the Russian Historical Society (RIO), founded by the Russian Academy of Sciences and several state media outlets in that country, announced that it will open an office in Serbia and that the Representative Council will be headed by Aleksandr Vulin, the former head of Serbia's secret service.

The Russian organization is led by Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation. Vulin and Naryshkin have met several times since Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

At the same event where the announcement was made, Putin's spy chief underlined that "the world is entering a new era of global change": "Before our eyes, the world is experiencing a profound geopolitical transformation.

A multipolar world order is constantly taking shape, new centers of power are emerging, representing the interests of the global majority.

More and more countries are choosing truly free and sovereign development, rejecting totalitarian-liberal dogmas and finding strong support in traditional values,” Sergei Naryshkin noted. (A2 Televizion)
