As his country's future is discussed without him by the leaders of Russia and the US, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been in Finland - continuing the visits to allies he began in the early days of the war.
According to foreign media, he did not directly refer to the Trump-Putin conversation, which has now ended, but repeated calls to include Europe in the talks on Ukraine.
"Europe must be at the negotiating table and everything related to Europe's security must be decided together with Europe," he said, writes A2 CNN.
The president traveled with his wife, Ukrainian First Lady Olena, and he said the talks focused on defense support, investment in Ukrainian weapons production and Kiev's European integration.
Recall that Trump has promised to find a solution to end the war in Ukraine and has begun talks with various actors from both countries.
