Citizens in Dublin have filled the streets of the Irish capital after a knife attack in which children were also injured. Hundreds of people blocked main roads near the site of the attack, during which three minors, a woman and the attacker himself were injured.
A large number of immigrants live in the neighborhood near the site of the attack.
The protesters managed to break through the police cordon. They chanted "get them out", referring to immigrants, as they carried Irish flags and placards with the slogan "Irish Lives Matter".
They also set fire to a migrant center, at least one bus and a police vehicle.
Meanwhile, as a result of the created situation, at least one policeman was injured from the incidents. Meanwhile, the police chief has not ruled out any possibility, not even that of terrorism, for the motive of the attack.
