Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal will travel to Washington early next week to meet with Scott Bessent, the US Treasury Secretary, to finalize a minerals agreement between the two countries, writes A2 CNN.
According to foreign media, Kiev and Washington both signed a memorandum, signaling a mutual desire to conclude the agreement next week.
