Former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, will not attend Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States.
According to foreign media, it is the second time in two weeks that she has chosen not to attend a gathering of former American leaders and their spouses, after missing the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter.
Her office did not give a reason for her decision to skip Trump's inauguration, writes A2 CNN.
Her husband, former President Barack Obama, will be there, along with former leaders Bill Clinton and George W Bush.
Laura Bush and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will join their spouses for the event at the Capitol, representatives said.
All three former presidents and their wives attended Trump's first inauguration in 2017, including Mrs. Clinton, who had lost the 2016 election to Trump, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
